This is the same for improving your communication skills.
The recent communications Workshop taught you the mindset and foundational skills necessary to improve the quality of your communication with family, friends and colleagues. Like driving, you only become “unconsciously competent” when you practice regularly. A great way to do this is to think about difficult interactions after they happen and consider better ways to which you can handle them next time.
Surely 10 mins a day is worth the effort to have difficult conversations with ease?
